Chappell Roan, a day after snagging six Grammy nominations, has reportedly ended her partnership with her management team.
Billboard shared that Roan is no longer with State of the Art and her manager, Nick Bobetsky. The buzz grew louder when State of the Art congratulated their Grammy nominees on Instagram but left Roan out.
In October, Hits Daily Double hinted at tensions between Roan and her team. Around that time, she got caught up in controversies over her comments on the presidential election and canceling her All Things Go festival shows.
“Things have gotten overwhelming over the past few weeks and I am really feeling it,ā Roan admitted back then. āI feel pressures to prioritize a lot of things right now and I need a few days to prioritize my health.ā

Shortly after, the Every Single Album podcast revealed Roan had parted ways with her team, sparking a race among top managers to represent her. Yet, neither she nor her former managers talked about the split.
Roan’s up for six awards at the 2025 Grammys, including all the “Big Four” categories: Album of the Year for The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess, Song and Record of the Year for āGood Luck, Babe!ā, and Best New Artist. Plus, she’s in the running for Best Pop Solo Performance and Best Pop Vocal Album.
