SZA wrapped up her festival shows at Osheaga on Sunday after a huge SOS tour.
The next day, she announced on X that she’s taking a break from performing. “Yesterday was my last show for a while,” she wrote. “Finally bout to get my life together thank u God.”
Right after this post, SZA shared a fan’s praise about her energetic performances.
She responded, Ć¢ā¬ÅThis makes me so happy cause thatĆ¢ā¬ā¢s all IĆ¢ā¬ā¢m tryna do!! I jus wanna capture yalls energy mix it up w mine add some love and throw it back. All within 90 mins I love you.Ć¢ā¬Ā

This summer, she performed at big festivals like Lollapalooza and Glastonbury, adding to her 63-show global SOS tour that spanned from February 2023 to May 2024. Her album even topped Rolling StoneĆ¢ā¬ā¢s best album of the year list.
Sometimes, we all need a break to regroup and recharge.
DonĆ¢ā¬ā¢t think her break means no new music is coming. At Lollapalooza, she performed a new song, Ć¢ā¬ÅCry Baby,Ć¢ā¬Ā and hinted it will be released soon. SheĆ¢ā¬ā¢s also been teasing an album called Lana and has a collaboration with Paramore in the works.
