Cinematic Visual Pays Homage to Virgil Abloh
A week after revisiting his mixtape Days Before Rodeo for its 10th anniversary, Travis Scott has released a video for the track "Drugs You Should Try It."
The video begins with a model posing in front of a neon sign of a smoking cowboy from Scott’s Rodeo Tour in 2015, subtly honoring Virgil Abloh. Ć¢ā¬ÅHeĆ¢ā¬ā¢s forever with us, you dig?Ć¢ā¬Ā Scott said during a recent concert.
Next, the video shows a warning: Ć¢ā¬ÅPlease play this song at maximum volume for optimal effect,Ć¢ā¬Ā alongside the track list of Days Before Rodeo. The video features cinematic slow-motion shots of Scott jumping shirtless under the night sky, smoking a joint, rapping under red light, and diving into cold water.
